Broad Creek
Interior Architecture & Interior Design
This master bathroom, located in the Owners Club off Broad Creek, underwent a complete transformation, blending modern amenities with timeless design elements.
The client wanted to update the existing 20 year old master bath and make the tiny closets much larger. The entire space needed a new more spacious layout, but expansion beyond the outside was not an option. A new plan was designed that eliminated the never used roman tub and relocated the nearby powder bathroom to a space tucked under the grand stair.
Thoughtful interior architecture played a pivotal role in the renovation, especially in defining and balancing the distinct his-and-hers spaces.
The master bath was updated with luxurious heated floors, sleek new plumbing fixtures, and incorporating LED strip lighting and decorative lighting fixtures that adds warmth and sophistication. Natural marble was used throughout, from the elegant countertops to the refined flooring. New custom cabinetry offers ample storage while enhancing the room’s clean aesthetic. One-of-a-kind, custom-made mirrors were also installed, serving as both functional and design focal points.
In addition to the bathroom updates, the project included a thoughtful reconfiguration of the his-and-hers closets, as well as an accessory and shoe closet, maximizing organization and functionality while maintaining a seamless flow with the rest of the suite. The result is a serene, spa-like retreat tailored for both beauty and comfort.
