Ribaut Island, Part 2

Since our last update on this Ribaut Island stunner nearly 6 months ago, this incredible home has made significant progress.  Nearly 5,000 square feet on the ocean -- this dream home is 2 years in the making! The home features a primary suite, two studies for the primary owners, a virtual reality room, a pizza room, a laundry room that will be coveted by many, and so much more. There are 5 bedrooms including a bunk room that we cannot wait to see come together. 

The owner of this home collects artifacts and maps, and Group 3 Designs specifically designed a washroom for artifacts, and drawers, cabinets and shelving to store these artifacts. It's a great example how we make homes unique to the owners and really listen to their needs and wants.
