With the dry wall in and the custom trim being masterfully installed, this ocean-front Sea Pines home designed by Group 3 is coming to life!  Things start happening quickly and frankly, this is one of our favorite stages.  After months and months of painstaking details and emphasis not placed on visually pleasing elements, this is a designers time to shine! 

This Sea Pines home features expansive ocean views, a large primary suite with expansive primary bathroom and closet, a study, a workout room, a laundry room that puts many bedrooms to shame, a bunk room, and two large identical guest suits. Upstairs, there is a beautifully lit room that we are calling "the gathering room". A wrought-iron staircase from the 1st floor makes it accessible from the hustle and bustle of downstairs.  The home features an elevator, pool and spa, and will have a wine room and sauna room!

Since our last update on this Ribaut Island stunner nearly 6 months ago, this incredible home has made significant progress.  Nearly 5,000 square feet on the ocean -- this dream home is 2 years in the making! The home features a primary suite, two studies for the primary owners, a virtual reality room, a pizza room, a laundry room that will be coveted by many, and so much more. There are 5 bedrooms including a bunk room that we cannot wait to see come together. 

The owner of this home collects artifacts and maps, and Group 3 Designs specifically designed a washroom for artifacts, and drawers, cabinets and shelving to store these artifacts. It's a great example how we make homes unique to the owners and really listen to their needs and wants.

Group 3 Designs has a luxury, custom home in the works on Ribaut Island, Hilton Head Island.  Expected to be complete this spring or summer, this expansive floor plan takes advantage of water views.
